Extend the bash and powershell install script to use make, cmake to build project for non header only

• quick-fix change from --tmpfolder[FOLDER] to --tmpfolder[=FOLDER] in bash help
• add option --all to install all exotic libraries
• make --dontoverride functional
• Extend to build non header-only libraries
