It seems that reading the list of items for the ritual and village panel is broken (maybe other special rewards windows also do not work). I tried reading the list of rewards at the address ritualwindow-11-0. It works intermittently -sometimes right away, sometimes during reward rerolls or after completing another altar, the reference to the 11th element breaks, and then processing ritual window stops working. Reloading the location or restarting ExileApi fix it.
