Remove x402 demo from repository #5
Description
The examples/x402-demo/ directory should be removed from this repository. It adds weight to the repo (frontend dist bundles, bun lockfiles, TypeScript dependencies) without being core to the SDK.
Files to remove
examples/x402-demo/(entire directory — frontend, server, simulator)- Any references to x402 in docs or CI if present
