Use of install.cat

Hey, not a issue at all. I would like to submit a PR to update the README.md to use https://install.cat. The process is well explained on the GitHub repo and never goes down since it uses Cloudflare Rules. Let me know if this is allowed.

Thanks for the offer. For now we want to keep the README install path explicit, since Neomacs is still alpha and not fully cargo-only yet.

We can accept install.cat as an unofficial/community installer section with a disclaimer, but not as the primary install method yet.

Once Neomacs has a stable cargo-first/cargo-only release flow, we can revisit making it official.
