LlamaSharp not recognizing CPU backend in v19

Hello! I have been trying ever so much to upgrade the version of LlamaSharp from v10 to v19, without much succes.
I created a fork and managed to upgrade LlamaSharp until v11.2 before it started creating issues.

Since nothing was working i checked here in the issues and found that the problem might be with backend not being of the same versions, but after downloading the CPU backend for v19, i just keep getting the same error and i can't seem to be able to fix it:

Steps I followed:

• Downloaded CPU backend from: https://www.nuget.org/packages/LLamaSharp.Backend.Cpu

• Extracted llama.dll

• Renamed llama.dll to libllama.dll
