Default text is marked with author color

Since newer versions, when opening a new pad, the default text is marked with the creating authors color.

Could you revert this to original behaviour (not colorify the standard text in the pad, since it is not a text written by the user)?

The reasoning is because when you create a new pad you take "ownership" of it which allows the Settings to be controlled more by the initial author, it also allows for the "token" thing to be used.

Etherpad enforces the notion of either the text is owned by the author OR by the "system".

Because most people Select all - delete as their first step we don't really mind colors however I'll look into other options where it's "hidden" that the author has made the initial edit and try keep the welcome text owned by the "system"
