Release 0.7.0

After resolving #668 I would like to release 0.7.0. It would include e.g. #660, #662, #665, #669. Let me know if you have any other fixes you would like to include or other comments

Thank you for implementing the fix! I was able to successfully integrate the latest h5cpp from master into our projects.

Unfortunately, I had to pause work on the automatic documentation deployment but I’m planning to return to it in the future.

PR #668 is now ready for review.
If I may speak on behalf of @hurvan, @Andre-Lx-Costa, and @ggoneiESS - we don’t have any other fixes planned for this release and are looking forward to starting using v0.7.0.
