Change detail view on WUI and API PK into parameter?

Currently the URL for a detail page looks like `http://0.0.0.0:32827/1/` and API looks like `http://0.0.0.0:32827/api/v1/entries/1.1.1.1/32/`

should we make those parameters like I did with the `is_blocked` API endpoint? It feels like it would make more sense to users. We've had issues explaining the paths to users before because of this.
