CapsLock (capital letters) impossible to type if "Use a fixed keyboard layout for Normal mode" is enabled.

Describe the bug:

When CapsLock is ON, capital letters impossible to type if "Use a fixed keyboard layout for Normal mode" setting is enabled. No letters appear on screen when I type.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Enable abovementioned setting in vimrc plugin.
2. Open two adjacent tabs with notes in Obsidian.
3. Press CapsLock to enable capital letter typing.
4. Switch to insert mode by pressing i, it is still possible to type capital letters, but when you ...
5. Switch to another tab and press i for insert mode, type few letters and it should stop reacting to capital letters, if not, switch back to previous tab and it will then stop.
6. Pressing ESC and then i (insert mode) helps temporally until you switch between tabs by repeating abovementioned steps.

tried commenting all settings in ".obsidian.vimrc", reloading and it didn't help. Only disabling "Use a fixed keyboard layout..." setting helps.

Hope it helps to someone having same issue. It took me half day to find out.

P.S. capital letters worked well in other windows such as Note Switcher or Commands Pallete
