OpenStreetMap: "Referer Required"

I am trying to use the Map View plugin with OSM. I have configured a Map Source as

https://tile.openstreetmap.org/{z}/{x}/{y}.png

and that works nicely, in principle.

However, I get an Error 403r being displayed in the Map, "Access Blocked". The reason for that error is clearly outlined on

https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Blocked_tiles

So ... apparently (?) Obsidian and/or the Plugin is not forwarding this Referer. Any suggestions how I solve this?

There's definitely a major issue here. Will work on it in the highest priority I can get to.
