Is there a way to set date range on plots?

It would be nice to have the plots generated only zoomed in on a certain range of dates. For example, I recently inherited a code base that sat idle for about 2 years. I just want to look at the changes that I've made over the last 2 months, but the whole plot is taken up by those years where nothing happened.
