Write fixtures after Jest finishes, or ignore fixtures

It's helpful to re-run tests when a fixture changes, but when RECORDing new fixtures, tests automatically re-run, causing every fixture to be re-recorded repeatedly.

This is a huge problem when doing OAuth, because of shifting ?sig and headers.
