this repo doesn't use the copilot subscription well

in github copilot, each agent action usually consume 1 premium request, as agent initialized actions doesn't count as premium request.
in copilot-api (this repo), each agent action will count multiple premium request, which burn your quota super fast.

use in openclaw is not good choice , Copilot deducts the quota based on user prompt input. you can use gpt plus Subscription.
