Doubt on requirements

Hi，I‘m very interested in NeuralLog and I'm going to try it. However I found that while in README you said that python version could be 3.6.0 or higher, the version of pandas requires python 3.7.1. Also, requirements.txt said that stanza=1.1.1 while in README stanza is supposed to be higher than 1.2.0. So, does the inconsistency of requirements matters?
