trainwb, traintestwb and testwb

In features_contest_continous.py we output trainwb in mode 1 and testwb in mode 3
In features_contest_continous.py in mode 1 trainwb and traintest wb are needed to run from where do we obtain that as it is not produced from In features_contest_continous.py @zhinoos
