Black screen problem in Windows using MagicaVoxel

When I run MagicaVoxel, I get a black screen as follows

I did not find solutions for Windows 10. Yes, I followed more than one solution for Mac OS, but nothing new happens. The same problem appears over and over again.

What do I do ?

I liked this application and I think it is as easy as some say.

did you extract the whole folder before executing the program?

I'm seeing the same black screen result on Mac version 0.99.6.
Running macOS Sonoma 14.4.1.

Did you try to drag the exe out of the folder and back into it and restart the application then?

Right click MagicaVoxel.app file, click "Show Package Contents" go to "Contents/MacOs" folder and run it.
