Stable release

This is a great plugin - I built in manually and it seems to be working fine. It would be great to get it listed in the Jenkins directory - what is left for that to happen?

Do you mean the Jenkins official list of plugins at the wiki? I'm not sure. I did this as an intern at Sony Mobile Communications together with @aalanko but we're not longer with them and aren't maintaing the plugins. I was under the impression that that was something that would be arranged by them after I left.

If you want I can try to get in touch with somebody at Sony Mobile and see what they can do about it.
We worked together with @rsandell who probably would know what to do, but he's not longer with Sony Mobile either, but it could be worth a shot.

I honestly don't know if Sony has put someone to maintain the project, but I would assume there's someone who can look into it.

PS: gitlab-auth-plugin is official available at @jenkinsci at https://github.com/jenkinsci/gitlab-auth-plugin, it's probably better to look there as this is just my private account.

The plan was to go over the plugin(s) once just to make sure we didn't need to do any drastic changes that might break backwards compatibility before the first release.
I guess other priorities got in the way.

If the prio has dropped too low for them I could make an official release and any future problems would potentially need some nasty workarounds in that case.
