[feature request] ISO dates

First of all - thanks a lot for this software. I use is for now 5 minutes and everything works!

I noticed that the date sa re in US format, which is a problem when you are outise th eUS (notably, 2/3/2025 6:45 pm is cumbersome to us).
Would there be a possibility to have a switch/configuration to force ISO dates (2025-02-03 18:45 to take the example above) so that the date is explicit?

We're using a local day time format here already, so it should display the time respecting the system's locale settings.

I tested it on Windows 11, the locale is

So the language of the laptop is English, but the time/date locale is French
