Fastboot depends on a version of jsdom with a vulnerability

JSDOM v19 depends on http-proxy-agent@5.0.0 which brings in vulnerabilities. Typically jsdom updates do not cause failures, so it could be a good idea to update to latest jsdom and do a release. Thanks @ef4 @mansona
