Cloud integration tests are broken in CI

As part of #1139, we disabled the _Run cloud integration tests_ step in CI (`.github/workflows/ci.yml`). Something about the upgrade broke those tests, but I've not been able to recreate the issue locally and so I'm having trouble debugging.

This issue tracks that those tests are temporarily disabled. The plan is to fix them in a later PR.
