Cheatsheet many-to-many migration incorrect

Current behavior

The cheatsheet sets the intermediate table for m2m up with timestamps(), declaring that this works for both the join tables and schema option. The plain join table version cannot deal with timestamps though.

Expected behavior

Not sure how best to change this in the cheatsheet. The join table option cannot have additional columns though, while using schemas enables just that.

Perhaps we have two migrations or we simply add a comment on top saying to comment out it for join tables?

Yeah, I'd remove the description of the migration working as is for both approaches and add a comment to the timestamps about additional columns only being supported by schemas.
