Can not found `libwx_*` path

my mac version is 12.6 (monterey)

I can't find wxWidgets path in here:

I think this path is wrong. How can I do?

Yes, the path is still hardcoded. It must be something smarter here for the general use case. Not sure how to best detect the current wxWidgets library directory

I encounter an error while attempting to execute my built MyApp.app on a clean test system running macOS. However, I can resolve this issue by installing wxWidgets on the test system.

I shouldn't need to install wxWidgets right? Is there an easy way to add this during build?

There are two ways to achieve this:

1. Use the dynamically linked wxwidgets (currently used) and ensure that all libwx_ libraries are in a path that is findable during build of the installer. All of this logic is in the lib/package/macos.ex rewrite_deps() where it updates the path to these dynamic libraries. In your case it seems something is going wrong there and the paths are not being rewritten and the libs are not copied.

2. Use static linking wxwidgets. For this you have to build your own wxWidgets and erlang OTP. When compiling wxWidgets you can specify ./configure --enable-webview --enable-compat30 --disable-shared which will ensure that only the static libraries are built. And then when building erlang with asdf or kerl you want to export this env: export KERL_CONFIGURE_OPTIONS="--with-wxdir=$HOME/projects/wxWidgets" to point it to where your local wxWidgets is built.

It would be great if you could checkout locally why lib/package/macos.ex is not including your wxwidgets libraries...
