mandatory formatting of phone number in store order form does not allow for international phone numbers

What Happened?

the required phone number format in the order form does not support non-US phone numbers

e.g., it is not possible to enter a valid cell number like xxxx xxx xxxx or with country code like +49 xxx xxx xxxx

please see e.g., the standard E. 164 for phone number format [+][country code][area code][local phone number]

Steps to Reproduce

1. go to elementary store
2. add something to the card
3. goto cart
4. fillout form
5. try to enter any international phone numer like +49 1234 567 8901

Expected Behavior

as international shipping seems to be supported, please allow for international phone numbers as well
