Indicator doesn't respond to change in time format

What Happened?

After a fresh install of Odin, I am unable to change the format of the indicator to a 12h (am/pm) clock instead of a 24hr format.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Click on the indicator
2. Click Date & Time Settings
3. Select AM/PM option for Time Format

Expected Behavior

After selecting a 12h time, the indicator should show the time in am/pm format but it remains in military time.

I was able to fix this issue by installing the "indicator-datetime" package

sudo apt install indicator-datetime

and then using Dconf-Editor to set the /com/canonical/indicator/datetime/time-format/ setting to '12-hour'

So it seems that proper functionality for wing-panel-indicator-datetime relies on the ubuntu indicator-datetime package, which may not ship with Odin by default.

Now I can readily change the dateformat of the indicator through date and time settings.
