Tells me to connect to WiFi even if I don't have WiFi #165
Description
What Happened?
Just been testing out the drivers feature of the installer and managed to boot into a laptop install without a working WiFi card.
Initial setup correctly informed me I didn't have an internet connection, but said I should:

The network indicator in the top right just opens a blank popover since I have no working WiFi and no ethernet NIC.
Steps to Reproduce
- Don't have a WiFi card
- Get to the network view of initial setup
Expected Behavior
This messaging should only appear if a WiFi adapter is available, or the wording should be less strong (i.e. "connect to wireless network, if available")
