Connect to network step should use accurate icon

The icon shown assumes the user knows what the cable disconnected icon looks like and means. 

Currently the text "Choose a nearby wireless network from the network indicator in the top right." shows a strong wifi signal but the indicator in the top right, at least on my laptop, is the cable disconnected icon.
