Look into linking all utilities into a more standard location

Right now the image places all utilities in $DCTOOLCHAIN/bin and places that in the system PATH. However, many build scripts and makefiles use full paths rather than just the tool name and expect things to be in specific places. I'll take a look at a few build scripts from various Dreamcast homebrew and see where they expect tools to be, then also link the tools to those locations to ensure better compatibility.
