Add support to Taints & Tolerations #11

Sometimes it is necessary to instruct Kubernetes on how we want it to provision our pods.
Describe the solution you'd like
We can include the same configuration that would be done directly in a Deployment of a Pod in our Function and PersistentFunction CRD.
