dist broken

The files in `dist/` have several issues, and don't seem to be the current output of `grunt dist`. [This line](https://github.com/eface2face/noVNC-node/blob/master/dist/novnc-node-0.5.1.js#L5644) is where I noticed, and it's in both the current master and npm package.
