Separate example with Expo + EAS?

Would you be open to creating another example with a basic Expo app, built using Expo Application Services (EAS)?

I think a lot of the code could probably be taken from here: https://github.com/byCedric/eas-gha/blob/main/.github/workflows/build.yml
