Could ffe etc. be added to a new release?

The following functions don't seem to be available in the PyPI distribution currently, and I'd love to have that functionality in a new release.

1. ffe — Feed-Forward Equalizer (linear adaptive FIR)
2. dfe — Decision-Feedback Equalizer (uses past decisions to cancel ISI)
3. volterra — Nonlinear equalizer (handles photodiode squaring distortion in IM-DD)
