ISysMLMoveElementService#moveSemanticElement user feedback in diagram tools context

Failure in ISysMLMoveElementService#moveSemanticElement do not report user level errors when the service is called from a diagram tool execution.

Overriding the mentioned service behaviour in downstream application led to the return of a MoveStatus.buildFailure() result by the overridden service when using tools on diagrams. Such failure should be reported to the user.

I don't think so, but to be double checked with @arnauddieumegard.
It looks like the MoveStatus returned by ISysMLMoveElementService#moveSemanticElement is not always used to produce feedback messages.
This is for example the case in ViewToolService#becomeNestedUsage or ViewToolService#reconnnectSourceCompositionEdge.
