Publication scan wrongly times out

It can happen that sync publication scans timeout, even though the scan completed successfully.

Example:

1 required scanner(s) errored: CLAMAV_REST (Timeout: exceeded 5 min limit (active: 6 min))

The Download link in the scan card is also not visible:

though the file is available.

Need to investigate why this happens:

• add more logging
• display the download url
• add a retry button?

work around right now is to trigger a rescan by updating the DB manually

UPDATE public.scan_job set status = 'QUEUED', created_at = NOW(), updated_at = NOW() where status = 'FAILED' and error_message like '%Timeout%'

UPDATE public.extension_scan set status = 'SCANNING' where status = 'ERRORED' and error_message like '%Timeout%';
