Stabilize the state machines #90
Description
Feature Request
Currently there are two naive implementation of state machine handler for Transfer process and Contract negotiation. They mostly work on happy path but they require additional work to make them stable and suitable for productive environment, especially when using it with a messaging system like nats.
We should harden the all experience in order to handle failure and retries.
