The sample variations dont work cause the CATALOGING_SCOPE is not imported:
for the samples to work the user has to add this to the PolicyFunctionsExtension.java

I trying to use import static org.eclipse.edc.connector.contract.spi.offer.ContractDefinitionResolver.CATALOGING_SCOPE; but it's not working.

The import that worked for me is :

import static org.eclipse.edc.connector.controlplane.catalog.spi.policy.CatalogPolicyContext.CATALOG_SCOPE;
