Extra properties for the DCAT profile - Dataset - Distribution : title, description

It is proposed to add the following extra fields in the DCAT profile of the DSP:

• title
• description

Rationale: It is expected that they will be used by mostly all derivative profiles and that would save creating a derivate profile only for them or having to prefix them with dcat when authoring a JSON-LD document.

http://purl.org/dc/terms/type is another candidate for addition but that will only be in an upcoming release. Feature requests like this likely aren't going to be published for a while. The protocol is extensible, still the properties should be reflected in the schemas as opposed to dangling in the DSP remote context.

Another candidate is dct:conformsTo that can be more specific than dct:type IMHO .
