Add signposting to Installing Codewind for Eclipse Che to the DevOps/Sysadmin card of Learn landing page #3183
Description
At the moment, the codewind.dev/learn landing page 'Sysadmin or DevOps' card only points to relevant instructions for deploying Codewind remotely. Signposting to deploying Codewind as a hosted application on the cloud is missing.
Solution:
Add a line to the 'Sysadmin or DevOps' card on the Learn page, linking to the che-installinfo.html topic.
