[Feature Request] Remapping

A module that remaps amplitudes and frequencies from one partial and maps it to a different one.

I had 2 ideas that could be interesting there are probably a lot more.
1: Shifting left or right, left and right, adding a anchor/s the further away from the anchor the higher/lower is the shifting.
2: A Graph or maybe even multiple graphs that can be morphed. The default would be just a straight line from bottom left to top right. x is partial and y is amplitude or frequency.

I'm confused by this in general. In the case of amplitudes, aren't you basically describing a filter? In the case of non-linear "shifting", I used to have a module called "stretch" which did this, but honestly I couldn't get it to do anything musically useful. Could revisit it as an option.
