Support for sub-commands

Any complete command-line parser these days should have some kind of support for "sub-commands". That is, a command like "go" with a bunch of sub-commands like "build", "get", "doc", etc: https://golang.org/cmd/go/

This bug should be closed once subcommands are supported by the define command-line macro.
