Need tolerance in FP comparisons #1

Test suite fails with this:
48.000000d0 = mean/harmonic(data): [48.000000d0 and 48.000000d0 are not =.]
Ultimately, Testworks should probably have some specific FP comparison with tolerance levels? But even when that happens we need to fix the test suite here.
