Enhance the "Library: Prompts" to make it even more useful

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
The "Library: Prompts" is a nice little notepad feature. It would become a powerful tool in Dyad if it also included these features, per prompt:

• Include in prompts (a checkbox)
• Include at the start of the prompt (only showed if the above bullet is chosen, checkbox)
• Include at the end of the prompt (only showed if the above bullet is chosen, checkbox)

Yes, I DO mean that the before and after should be checkboxes. For long prompts, Dyad is smetimes "forgetting" early instructions, so it might need a reminder at the end.

One thing that I would have as my favorite in the Library of prompts would be: "Give me a BRIEF answer" so not a massive amount of my AI credits are used for useless "I apologize so much", "I take full responsibility" etc replies.

Copy & paste, but we have that already, I am just suggesting something that would make the existing feature become a strong addition.

Sadly, but the AI Rules is not a good solution. It's buggy and these prompts in the prompt library might be long, and might be used for several different projects. Instead of having an easy way to enable/disable them for a specific project, the suggestion is to include them in AI rules, to edit that file every time. Sad to say, but this is not a flexible solution.
