What do you mean by changing the file name in app or folder

I was reading the README and I am unsure what this means:

> Changing the file name in app or in folder will not affect each other (they aren't synced)

What do you mean by 'app' or 'folder'?

1. Changing the name of the file in the git repo
2. Changing the name of the query in the Dune app or in a Dune folder
