IFolder.GetFileASync throws Aggregate Exception #61

@dsplaisted Why is PCLStorage.Exceptions.FileNotFoundException throw inside an AggregateException in Mac OS X? In other OSes it returns null.
All methods need better documentation about return values and failure cases and they should have consistent behavior across OS. Otherwise I have to write PCL code to handle all platform failure modes.
