Is it safe to use v1.14.0 ? #220

In the following commit:
feat: add support for proxies (https://github.com/dougmoscrop/serverless-plugin-split-stacks/pull/213[)](https://github.com/dougmoscrop/serverless-plugin-split-stacks/commit/a17c0a62bf167c946f4b220eaa5a7549e38bbb4d)
...the CI/CD pipeline from circleci is broken. I tried to look at the logs but they're not public, so I'm not sure what the issue may be.
Can you confirm if it's safe to migrate to version 1.14.0 ?
I haven't done it yet, I still use 1.13.0
It'd be great to have a version 1.14.1 that makes the lint and tests passing again.
