[wishlist] Add formatting options for Directory Hotlist

Currently, only "Separator" can be used to organize "Directory Hotlist" menu. It would be very helpful to add more formatting options to it:

• Menu item background color;
• Menu item text style (Bold, italic, font color);
• Custom icon (svg?) inside menu item;
• Header type (dummy (empty / non selectable) menu item with custom text, which could act like separator, but containing text. Like: "GDRIVE FOLDERS", "WORK FOLDERS" (listing google drive folders and work folders below these header items).

I have 18 shortcuts to the folders, grouped by separators, but I still need to look for specific item longer than needed. I could color-group them for my brains to search faster.
