Duplicate docs part in urls

On the [Developer Guide]( https://github.com/dotnet/wpf-test/blob/main/docs/developer-guide.md) page the links under the More Information header seem to have one extra "docs" part in them. Ie. instead of for.ex. https://github.com/dotnet/wpf-test/blob/main/docs/test-infrastructure.md it's https://github.com/dotnet/wpf-test/blob/main/docs/docs/test-infrastructure.md
