Solution template error

My template solution file is giving me error when I add the possibility to change framework. This issue only occurs after restarting visual studio after changing the TargetFramework parameter. So, when I initially rebuild my solution, there is no build errors, but after closing and reopening VS, I end up with error code MSB4018. While creating a project using my template gives no issues about this error. Only this time I get missing .dll for each of my projects inside my solution.
