Discrepancies in SubsystemVersion table compared to OS Version doc

Description

The SubsystemVersion section of the document contains a table that lists common subsystem versions of Windows.
It looks like its Subsystem version column contains incorrect values for some Windows versions. At least, some values in this table don't match the values from the similar table in the Operating System Version document (for example, the value 6.04 is specified for Windows 10 instead of 10.00).

Also, it would be nice to add more Windows versions to the table, similar to what is presented in the mentioned document.

Alternatively, instead of maintaining this table here, it might be better to link to a single centralized document that tracks up-to-date Windows versions. This would help avoid data duplication and prevent similar discrepancies in the future.

@BillWagner, Agreed. Also, I think the same should be done for the corresponding page of Visual Basic compiler.
