Copying these notes over from #58:

Blocker dependencies:

• dotkernel/dot-flashmessenger (requires laminas/laminas-session which does not support SM4 in version 2.x)
• laminas/laminas-form is SM3 only

Dependencies that we'll need to bump to next major version (or require either of two major versions):

• dotkernel/dot-navigation 3.x is SM3 only, 4.x is SM4 only
• laminas/laminas-servicemanager maybe we can use 3.x || 4.x (can confirm once other dependencies are fixed)
• laminas/laminas-view maybe we can use 2.x || 3.x (can confirm once other dependencies are fixed)
