Deslackify

Slack obnoxiously auto-converts all emoji input into `:this_format:`—regardless of what was actually entered, or even if they're in `code blocks` (`💩` becomes `:hankey:`).

Need to add another translation step to compensate for this. TBD whether it should auto-detect.
